To request genetic analytics please use our international requisition form. Please fill out all sections completely. The details on the requisition form ensure that the allocation of results is unambiguous and takes as little time as possible. It is also advisable to provide details on medical history for qualified gene diagnostics and recommendations for analyses selection.
